How can I track My Order?

The following delivery costs apply to all orders:
Orders under £15 = £2.99
Orders over and including £15 = FREE
Are there extra costs for the individual dispatch of goods in an order?
If one of your products is currently unavailable, we will send it to you as soon as possible without any additional delivery charges.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of accepting your order; therefore your item(s) will be delivered within
5-7 working days of accepting your order (unless stated otherwise within the listing). Items with delivery from BMW Group Germany will be dispatched in around 7 working days and delivered to you within 10-14 working days (unless stated otherwise).
How will I receive my order?
All our deliveries MUST be signed for.
Please note: in the main our couriers deliver Monday to Friday (a courier may deliver on a Saturday if this option is selected, please contact your preferred Retailer for more information). If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of how to arrange re-delivery or where you should go to collect it.
Can I send a product to a different address?
To do this, simply enter a delivery address in addition to your invoice address. The invoice is marked with your invoice address and the goods ae sent to you chosen delivery address.
In which countries are the products delivered?
Unless otherwise stated products and services on this website are available only to residents of the UK (excludes Northern Ireland, Gibraltar, British Sovereign Bases Cyprus, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).
