Terms and conditions for the Christmas 2023 Promotion.

 

  1. 1.      The Christmas Promotion is a 10% discount on Accessories & Lifestyle products purchased online via the BMW or MINI online platforms listed in Appendix 1 (“BMW and MINI Online Platforms”), from 1st December 2023 at 00:01 until 20th December 2023 at 23:59 (“Promotion”).
  2. 2.      The promoter of this Promotion is BMW (UK) Ltd, Summit One, Summit Avenue, GU14 0FB Farnborough (“BMW UK”).
  3. 3.      By purchasing Accessories & Lifestyle products within the Promotion you accept these terms and conditions.
  4. 4.      Only the BMW and MINI Online Platforms take part in the Promotion and will grant the 10% discount.
  5. 5.      BMW UK may withdraw the Promotion at any time. In that case the Promotion will not be displayed any more. Already purchased products are not affected.
  6. 6.      The collections included within the Promotion are:


 

  • BMW Accessories (excluding tools and kits)
  • BMW Lifestyle
  • MINI Accessories (excluding tools and kits)
  • MINI Lifestyle

 

Whether a specific item of the above-mentioned collections is covered by this Promotion or not will be indicated by displaying the 10% discount alongside the regular price of such item. If no discount is displayed alongside the regular price of the item, then such item is not covered by the Promotion.

 


  1. 7.      An order number will be displayed to identify the order request as being completed. If no reference number is displayed, then the order request will not be complete and will not be eligible for the Promotion.
  2. 8.      The reduced price of the products covered by the Promotion will be displayed alongside the regular price on the BMW and MINI Online Platforms and will be applied at checkout.
  3. 9.      The discount is not exchangeable for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or other promotion.
  4. 10.   Any products not purchased in accordance with these terms and conditions, or incomplete, expired or otherwise incorrect shall be rejected and/or excluded from the Promotion and BMW UK’s decision is final.
  5. 11.   If BMW UK has any reason to believe that you are in breach of these terms and conditions, BMW UK, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion.
  6. 12.   These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
  7. 13.   You reserve the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after you have received your delivery.
  8. 14.   For details of how your personal data is being used please see the privacy policies accessible on the BMW and MINI Online Platforms.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.
